Production Supervisor

The Okanagan Gleaners, located in beautiful Oliver, BC, transforms surplus produce into life-saving meals for millions worldwide who are suffering from hunger. Our organization is driven by a mission to repurpose food that would otherwise go to waste, providing nutrition and hope to those who need it most.

Role overview: As the Production Supervisor, you will organize and supervise the daily production process at our plant.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Maintaining a safe workplace environment by upholding safe work practices

Adhering to our health regulations and comply with organizational policies.

Collaborate with the General Manager daily to finalize production schedule.

Completing required daily production reports

Receiving incoming produce and assist with outgoing product

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills

· Team-orientated with a positive attitude.

· Open minded and adaptable.

· Effective time management

· Dependable and trustworthy

· Certified Forklift operator

· Class 5 driver’s license
